| Forever Grateful for DeeDee Riley - Our Realtor, DeeDee Riley and loan officer Rusty Mendoza were amazing. We couldn't have found a better team. DeeDee and Rusty worked so wonderful together and were always on the same page. When there was an issue that came up, I was willing to just pay what the bank wanted, for fear of losing the home, but DeeDee and Rusty were there for us to fight with the sellers and literally save us thousands. We could have just paid more and they would receive the commission but they were looking out for us and our best interest. It was quite a journey but could have been much worse without them. My husband and I loved working with DeeDee Riley because of her positive attitude. I will always be thankful for Rusty and DeeDee, who are so dedicated to what they do. Last year I contacted DeeDee to assist my son, Josh,in purchasing his first home. The Lyon Real Estate Office in El Dorado Hills has many capable, personable agents, but I referred my youngest son to DeeDee because of her nurturing/motherly personality which I knew would work well with my son's. DeeDee was not only responsive to all of our inquiries on properties, but completely worked around Josh's schedule so that he could view the homes he was interested in. Josh decided on a foreclosure. The listing agent for the bank was unresponsive and less than polite. During escrow, issues that affected funding came up and the selling parties were unresponsive to the point of impasse. DeeDee's persistence prevailed and she was able to resolve the issue and get escrow closed. DeeDee's efforts in getting my son into his first home in this out-of-wack real estate environment was impressive, and her passion concerning issues that are fundamentally disruptive to the purchasing/selling process is refreshing. I unequivocally recommend DeeDee Riley to any prospective buyer or seller. |

She constantly kept on top of what was going on with the market so that she could answer my never ending questions, and when she did not know the answer she spent the time researching it. She kept my needs and welfare at the top of the list when we were looking at homes, and picked out properties to see that fit my criteria so we never wasted time when out looking for homes. She wasn't pushy like most realtors trying to sell you anything just so they get the commission. She really took her time to find me just the right house.
